Sometimes changes are made to consoles that affect everyone; many times you can revert these changes. We’ll cover how to submit a review of who had changed a console.

Currently it is not possible to identify who last changed a console within the application. If you are comfortable reverting changes, please do so. We may be able to help identify who made changes as long as it is still in the broken state. Please provide us with:
