A bed request timestamp is listed in Transfer IQ® but the Bed Request status is listed as “--”.
Solution
You may find cases where no bed request timestamp is displaying from the IQ_Case database, but after looking at the case manually, you will see a bed request was activated with a time.
In Transfer IQ® you can enter a bed request timestamp into the case and can save it, without having actually submitted the request itself through the submit request status.
