What are User Privileges
Privileges determine what users can do in the Clinical Workflow® Suite (CWS)
Editing Privileges for User
Determine what Role the user has assigned to their account in Clinical Workflow® Suite.
Pull up Staff > Find/Edit Staff…
Search the user in question and click on Roles within the user account.
The next window will show which Role(s) the user has associated with their account.
View and Add Privileges for User’s Role
Navigate to Admin > Admin Lists… > Roles…
Find the Role and select Edit
Under the Role, you will see an option for Privileges.
Click on Privileges and this will bring up the next page where you can see what current Privileges are selected for the Role.
On this screen, you will be able to Add/Remove from the Role.
Selecting Privilege under Available: will allow you to select 'Add'
Select Privilege under Selected: will allow you to select ‘Remove’
Once you have Added/Removed the Privilege you can either hit Save or Save & Close.
