When reviewing user accounts for issues with not being able to see the Clinical Workflow tab when integrated into the Operations IQ® platform.
Solution
The IQ® platform user account will need to be reviewed as well as the Clinical Workflow® Suite User account from inside the Clinical Workflow® Suite application.
Platform Account needs to have the Clinical Workflow User Role selected under User Role(s)
At the bottom of the page, you will see Access Permission under Clinical Workflow
Click Access Permissions to view the Clinical Workflow® Suite User account.
Clinical Workflow® Suite User account will need to have a Default Configuration selected and cannot be set to Select.
Once the Default Configuration is selected, the user will now be able to see the Clinical Workflow tab.
