A user is unable to add additional units to the PatientTracking Portal List View
Solution
PatientTracking Portal will only show you units within your account's membership
There are two options that can be changed to adjust membership. Both of them would have to be adjusted by an administrator at your facility or hospital system. Whoever manages TeleTracking for your enterprise:
Variable User - The two units are put into a cluster that can be chosen when users like you log in. That way you would have access to both units as you need.
Fixed User - Membership on your user account should be changed from "Variable" to "Fixed" and the membership should be fixed to those two units.
