All On Premise Applications
TeleTracking Technologies recommends that the following directories (and their subfolders) be added to client’s antivirus program exclusion lists for all installations of the TeleTracking on-premise applications including Capacity Management Suite® solution, classic TransferCenter™ application, Clinical Workflow® suite, TeleTracking® Real-Time Locating System solution, and the mobile and Gateway connector server.
X:\Program Files\TeleTracking\* \* (where “X” is the drive letter that the TeleTracking on-premise product installation is installed to. Typically, this is the “D” drive in most installations)
These recommendations were derived for the following reason:
TeleTracking Technologies on-premise applications utilize many application files that are loaded very frequently (such as .log, .config, .gif, .jpg and others). Consequently, system performance could be adversely affected as each of these files are scanned for viruses after each refresh. Some Teletracking application have logs in folders outside of the primary Teletracking folder, and those file names have been noted separately.
Exclusions
Clients may, at their discretion, run anti-virus programs against these Teletracking application directory. However, the following file paths and file types should be excluded. The file exclusions should also apply to all sub folders.
File Path | File Name(s) | Product |
