Issue
The Client is unable to see a Staff member’s name in the Staff list under a specific StaffVue, but when looking at the Staff profile the user’s account is active.
In this case, the Surg Tech StaffVue is selected and we are not able to see our Staff.
The screenshot shows a search for a Staff member named Test, Vickie.
Solution
Confirm the Staff currently has an Active profile.
Ensure Staff has the correct assigned role, if missing, select it from the Available list, then click Add, Save & Close.
The role may differ depending on the specific StaffVue being utilized.
Adding the required role to the Staff profile should populate the Staff List, allowing us to see Test member Vickie on the list.
