About the Data

All PreAdmitTracking® application and PatientTracking Portal® consoles appear on the report in order by product name abbreviation and then by console name. All PreAdmitTracking® application (abbreviated as PAT) consoles appear first. Then, all PatientTracking Portal® consoles (abbreviated as PTPortal) appear.

Description

The following information appears:

Column

Description

Product

The abbreviation for the application that is associated with the console. The abbreviations for PreAdmitTracking® application is PAT. The abbreviation for PatientTracking Portal®™ is PTPortal.

Console

The console name (for example, PACU Console).

Personal Console (User ID)

The console listed in the second column might be a personal console, or one created by one user for their use only. If so, then the user ID of the user who created the personal console appears. In rows displaying group consoles, this column is blank.

Group Console (View Group Name)

The console listed in the second column might be a group console, or one that can be accessed by all members of a specific view group. If so, the name of the view group that has access to the console appears. In rows displaying personal consoles, this column is blank.

Group Default

If a group console is displayed in the Console column and that console was selected as the default console for a view group, then Yes appears. The group default console appears automatically when a member of the view group accesses the PreAdmitTracking® application application or PatientTracking Portal® application.

Events

Users can subscribe to receive notifications about specific events that occur for activated placement requests in the PreAdmitTracking® application application or PatientTracking Portal® application list views. This column lists the events and the list views for which users have subscribed to receive notifications. An example of an event is Assigned Bed. An example of a list view is Direct Admits. If users subscribed to receive notifications when a bed is assigned to a patient on the Direct Admits list view, then Assigned Bed: Direct Admits appears in this column. If multiple list views are associated with notifications for the same event, then they will appear after the event name (for example Assigned Bed: Direct Admits, ED, PACU)
