Mini Task Tracker Report
Purpose
Transporters might be asked to complete mini tasks in addition to completing transport jobs. Some transporters have the Mini Task Tracker permission. This permission allows them to enter an option on the IVR to indicate that they have completed a Mini Task. On the Mini Task Tracker report, under each transporter name, the mini tasks that the transporter completed and the date and time that the transporter entered the mini tasks to indicate that is was completed are listed. The report also displays the total number of mini tasks completed by each transporter and by all transporters included in the report. This helps supervisors to determine the number of non-transport tasks performed by transporters.
Description
The following information is displayed on the report.
Only mini tasks that meet the criteria selected when the report was generated appear on the report.
The criteria that were selected when the report was generated (such as the campus and date range) appear on the report. For each transporter and each mini task that meet the report criteria, the following data is displayed. Each subsection of the report displays the mini tasks for a different transporter.
The user who generates the report can choose individual employees (transporters) to include on the report. If no individual employees are selected, then all employees who have the Transporter Workflow permission, have created mini-tasks within the selected date and time range, and have base units in the chosen campus will appear on the report.
Data is sorted either by the employee's (transporter's) last name or by the creation date of the mini-task, depending on selections made when the report was generated.
Note:
Only transporters who have the Mini Task Tracker permissions and the Transporter Workflow permission are included in the report. Dates and times appear in the format configured in the Admin Tool component or in Admin > Settings > Capacity Management. For example, dates might appear in dd/mm/yyyy format (07/05/2016 is May 7, 2016) and times might appear in twenty-four-hour format (16:00 is 4 PM).
The following information is in each subsection:

Task Date | The date that the transporter completed the mini task. |
Task Time | The time that the transporter called in to the IVR system to indicate that they had finished the task. |
