Receiving past notifications of completed or cancelled jobs.

Unexpectedly receiving notifications for dirty rooms to be cleaned or changes to bed statuses for jobs that have been completed or cancelled may be caused by recent system changes. For example, notifications that have not been archived may appear after the restart of the XT Notification Service.
