Checklist
Part 1 - Patient Audit report
For any patient questions, always run a Patient Audit report. This will provide you everything associated with the particular patient, and whether it was done manually or through your internal interface team.
Select the appropriate fields, then click Run Report
Select the Production database for anything within 7 days
Select Archive for anything greater than 7 days
Review the report for specific times or actions associated with the patient.
Part 2 - Patient Tracking Portal
This is where you can see your patient once they are admitted. This page may load slowly, depending on how many patients are loaded into your console view.
If your patient is admitted they should show up on this page after you perform your search.
It is possible that you won’t see your patient after the search due to lack of permissions
To get your permissions elevated you will need to speak with your supervisor or internal helpdesk.
Part 3 - PreAdmit
This is where you can see your patient once they are PreAdmitted.
