EVS Employee has proper permissions and is not showing up for Notify New.
Solution
More than one employee must be signed into the system in order for a name to show up.
A single employee cannot get a Notify New page - Instead, there must be at least two employees. The idea is that the Notify New is more if an ''Assign New Job'' function, which would not be able to assign a job to the employee who was initially paged for the job.
