About

You have imported an Icon via the admin tool within icon management and cannot see the icon when adding a custom column in the portal. Now you are unable to see the icon in the portal, view options, configure columns after importing the icon through icon management.

These are expected to be used right away in a custom column. However. you still have to perform additional steps before adding the icon as a column.

Solution

The icon needs to be associated with either a patient attribute or an isolation type.

  1. Import the icon via the admin tool, icon management, browse, and upload.

  2. Navigate to admin, Settings, Capacity Management, Dictionary management, and patient attribute/ isolation type.

  3. Add a new patient attribute/ isolation type.

  4. Under the display icon, choose the newly added icon.

  5. Enable show on the bedboard and save.

  6. Navigate to the portal and load the appropriate console.

  7. View options, configure columns, and drag the new icon down to one of the groups.

  8. Click save and save the console.
